When doing some cleaning in my car, I found that the panel that covers the stereo has many scratches in it. Right at the top of the panel closest to the climate control unit. It must be hitting something everytime it opens and closes. Anyone else see the, I have the dark wood in mine. There are about 3 or 4 inch long ones?

 

Here at the dealership I work at we get wood panels scratched alot on the trade ins. We take them off and buff them with a light compound.
