Any way to remove double pinstripe from my black 02 sc?

Are they painted or vinyl? Vinyl is easily removed with a hair dryer, just peel off, painted leave to a professional. Good Luck

Default removing pins

I did it using simple wd40. If you can believe it. Rub like crazy with the edge of the cap and cloth. Do a little each day.

This may sound crazy, but on an LS400 tutorial site, they newspapered around the pinstripe to protect the surrounding area, leaving only the pinstripe exposed. Then they sprayed oven cleaner on the pinstripe and wiped away. See:http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/body/pinstripes.html

The tutorial makes it look easy, wonder what the Zaino people would say about this! I have no pinstripes, but using oven cleaner on my car would make me sick!

It only works if you drive it to Florida and leave it in the Disney World parking lot for twelve hours.
