65K service + extras?
I'm going on wed for my scheduled 65K service. Last time (at 60K) they recommended a tune up and recomended I change the timing belt. I declined for both of these. I figure I'll just change timing belt at 80K.
when do I need to do a tune up?
when should I go ahead and change timing belt? what's a reasonable cost for this? should I go to dealer?
P.S. Unbelievable - third time I had to replace a runflat tire this year, new bubble in right front tire - I'll probably have dealer switch tire out when I go for regular service this week. I guess I already know the answer, but can I drive with the runflat bubble for a while? or should I just go ahead and switch out tire?

Lexus Test Driver
These are a lot of questions. I'll try to go one by one. If you register on www.lexusdrivers.com, one of the features you'll find is a Lexus-recommended maintenance schedule to answer most of your questions. As for me, I always go with a tune-up every 30k miles (30k, 60k, 90k, 120k). I can't think of a reasonable cost for the timing belt right now, but if you buy the OEM belt (~$50-60, i think) you can have it installed at an auto center for ~$50-60 (again, I think). I haven't had one changed in a while so my memory might not be reliable.
As for the bubble, I would def. change the tire. You may be able to run on it for a little, but the worry of something happening would nag me. I would especially change it if you are doing a good amt. of driving at high speeds.
Hope this helped.
