I live in an area which is undergoing major changes in highway configurations, including a mixing bowl interchange reconfiguration which has 50 ramps and bridges, is 24 lanes wide, and has cost $576 million so far, with an additional $400 million to be spent before completion. So I have been updating my nav discs every year, something I probably won't do so frequently when the disc matches reality.

This year's update? The override to permit "in motion" input to the nav system is still gone. It left with last year's 8.1 version and probably isn't coming back, although I get my hopes up every year.

The disc data seems about a year behind reality, which is probably the norm. It still doesn't have the little road which connects the street my house is on, so the nav lady will continue to get pissed at me for "off roading" for at least another year. A McDonalds which closed in 2007 is still a POI.

I can send my old disc back to Sewell and get a $50 refund. If anyone wants the 8.1 version and will match that, PM me.

Sure wish I could use it. I have ver 2/3 and I would guess yours is 4 or 5. Good luck on your sale. I was thinking about getting the 9.1 but if the 8.1 has the feature of in motion input maybe I'll look for that instead. Thanks for the heads up.

Yes I have version 2/3 too. I will match Sewells $50 rebate and add $25 to it if anyone is going to upgrade to 9.1 and has an old 8.1 disc for an older SC430
