Check Your Daizen Sway Bars ASAP
I think everyone should take a look at their sway bars to make sure that you don't this same problem : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-bar-help.html
I just got new tires and was crawling under the back of the car yesterday and saw that I had the same problem on my rear Daizen sway bar - right rear. Luckily I still have my OEM ones, so I reinstalled the rear one. Will check on the front later today.
I strongly suggest that anyone with these sway bars take a look at them ASAP.
I'm not convinced that welding can repair these. They are made from tubular stock, and the end part appears to be formed by pressing the end of the tube together with some welding around the end to seal it and strengthen around the mounting holes.
If anyone from Daizen would like to chime in and suggest to us how to repair these, I'm sure we'd all appreciate it. But, based on their reluctance to support and communicate with their customer base, I doubt they will.
If Daizen is still a suggested vendor by ClubLexus, I would suggest that they be dropped if they refuse to communicate with us. Comments?

I cant tell you how many times I e mailed them. The only response I ever got was for me to go to one of there distributors. All I wanted to do was to buy some of there tubes of grease they ship with the kits. As far as I am concerned I only used there anti sway bar was because they were the only game in town. Not surprized how arrogant they are.

since the 2GS have similar suspension components as us.. does anyone know if their sway bar fits our cars???? i really want some sway bars.. has anyone tried contacting a reputable company to make some for us? a limited batch or something? i'm sure theres a good handful that would spend money on it.
