District Manager Request

I am having service difficulty with my SC and would like to contact a Lexus zone/district service manager. Can anyone provide me with an address, telephone number or email to such an individual? Thanks.

lexus dealerships are independently owned. your best bet is to write or call lexus corporate. but there's only so much they can do.

You might try the Lexus Customer Satisfaction number and ask them the same question. The number is 1-800-255-3987.

just a tip-I had multiple issues with a car one time and decided to get second and third opinions while it was under warranty. if you have that option-take it to another dealer.
