Congratulations on doing it all by yourself. Someone give this guy a pat on the back. Your post is completely irrelevant to this thread, however, to answer your question in a roundabout way, some people just don't feel comfortable taking apart their dash to get to the back of the radio.It is as simple as that.

Maybe Jackalope could meet you halfway, with his screwdriver, and do it for you. You could then buy him lunch or something.
