Default DOES ANYONE HAVE an SC430 with a turbo or supercharger?

looking for ideas on engine mods for this project widebody car. been checking out different ideas and looking for one that makes the most sense.

the new widebody kit fenders will likely NEVER come off after all the molding, etc. therefore, and engine swap is almost out of the question. any turbo kits i dont know about? any supercharger kits on the market? any pics of other cars to work off of? i would like to keep the creature comforts (a/c, etc), but i have 100000 ideas bouncing around my head.

let me know and all help is appreciated.

DONT FORGET to check out my post on the classifieds!!! tons of parts for sale!
thanks
joe

How deep is your pocket?

Tom's sc kit is popular for the SC430 owners in Japan.
Someone in Japan posted a dyno sheet of his SC430.
It is called SC50 since he has Tom's sc kit and a few bolt-ons.

my pockets arent TOMS deep, but deel enough. we invested a lot in this car so far, but the budget is shrunk due to time. TOMS is overrated for the price too. all their parts are. i know i know, RACE proven. but im not racing.

you guys rule. any more suggestions?

Tom's kit is expensive with only a low boost system. The kit at TTC is even at a better price, although it's still a bit pricy. You can have a turbo kit to be custom made at a know-how hi-performance welding shop.

i was hoping for something bolt on only to keep the cost down. i hear gredy makes a supercharger kit for the toyota crown majestic in japan and its the same engine. will it work? i also heard blitz has a twin supercharger, but im wondering if any has seen it or heard of good success with it.
anything else? bolt on turbo kits?
thanks

Blitz is only a little cheaper then Toms and even less power. I can get the Blitz for about £6,700 UK that about $10,500 US. If you search here theres plenty threads about Blitz, Toms, TTC, LMW, Rod Millen etc

I've personally seen a twin supercharger Blitz on the LS430. It's really nice for look, but it only has 3 psi and costs like $10K. And if I remember correctly, it makes an additional 60 rwhp. So it's like you pay $3,333/ pound of boost and $166 / rwhp. That's so expensive power. I can have a rebuilt bulletproof engine and a turbo system making +700 rwhp for $10K. The similar thing goes for Tom's kit.

A 300 rwhp Blitz system on either a LS or SC can be walked by most modded car or stock fast car these days.

Honestly, if you're already willing to go fast, such as you're willing to mod the car's body, you can either go with TTC or have it custome made to your goal. But you'll still check to see if any of the above will allow you to keep the accessories.
