Chandler Lexus (AZ)has a PB 07..which I am going to drive tomorrow..just dreaming .I am driving Bob's for the next several months unless I can swing a car loan.. saw an Infiniti vert at the Auto Show today.. cheaper than a SC but IMHO no where as nice of a car.

The diminished value rulings started in California, and cases have been won there. Your claim can not be made until you go to sell the car, or try to sell the car. That is why you go to several dealers to get what they will give you, after you let them know the car has been in an accident. You have no diminished value claim unless you can show the other side you are trying to sell your car.PM me if you would like more info on this.

07 PB is the ultimate car!!!! The pearl is so pretty on that against the bright red with the spider wheels-all the combinations of delight! Like a big candy cane!!!
Katy-you have to find a way to get that one! You should be able to get it for $40k...
Bank of America is doing 4.59% up to 72 months very competitive. CPO's through Lexus Financial are 3.9% up to 60 months I believe still.
The G37 is a nice ride, but way too expensive. The lease terms are terrible on them and they are not giving hardly any incentives. BUT, once they become pre-owned, you should be able to pick up a nice 1-2 year old for low to mid 30's...but much cheaper than a 1-2 year old SC. A pre-owned 2009 G37 convertible might be nice to pick up in a couple of years with low miles for $32k or so...Infinitis don't hold their value as much as a Lexus.

Wrong..! There is no contest in my mind..
Regarding the bounced check..I am going to have to bring some pressure to the fore front.. no my bank has placed a hold on any more funds coming from that dealer...so I am gong to have to get them to give me cash back.. and they do not want to do that..
A fight to the end..!!
But today.. we are geting the new " shoes" for the red`SC..the Yokos that we hope will make Bob's car drive as it should..
