Deal of the year for sure if nothing is wrong with that car.

I wonder why the seller couldn't sell it to a dealer for the same or a little more money with less hassle.

1. He is the original owner so no upside down or lien on car

2. When he sold it last month he already was 1/2 way moved to his new job in another country.

3. The car is sittting at the shipping company warehouse and his original deal must have fallen through at the last minute

The car should check out, if not I can cancel anytime, he is letting me physically have it for 3 days until payment is due.

Good luck with the deal.

I've always been told (and learned) if it's too good to be true....it probably isn't. Keep us posted on this truly good deal.

Sounds like a scam. The listing has been removed from ebay. Good luck.

I locked it up, he is willing to pay shipping (other buyer backed out and shipping company wouldn't refund the money) and he is willing to let me put a hold on my bank transfer until AFTER I get the car and inspect it. wheee, dancing in my office check this out...

Let me know if the link doesn't work.

It's a silver with black interior 2002, with 22k miles for $10,950!!! AHHH!

Sorry, just really excited.
Let me see, he is willing to ship you the car because the "Shiping is paid for by the other guy who couldn't get his money back" He will let you inspect the car before he cashes the check! If the car turns out to be a turd who pays for the shipping back to him? I am sure it wouldn't be him.

I am sure he wants a $500 deposit wired to him via Wester union just to make sure you are serious...........................

I think you are on to something, doh, car buying sure isn't easy. Although he hasn't asked for money, I am smelling fraud now that the listing is gone. Back to square 1

Sounds like a scam to me.

Also sounds very similar to other recent posts on CL https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...for-reals.html

More often than not, if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't.
