New owner as of 5 minutes ago, deal of the year?
Deal blew up, maybe fraud, doh, no pain no gain I suppose.

1. He is the original owner so no upside down or lien on car
2. When he sold it last month he already was 1/2 way moved to his new job in another country.
3. The car is sittting at the shipping company warehouse and his original deal must have fallen through at the last minute
The car should check out, if not I can cancel anytime, he is letting me physically have it for 3 days until payment is due.

aren't these things usually a scam? when they say the car's at the shipping docks and stuff?

Hey guys, just wanted to share my excitement for pulling off a freaking steal of a deal. I worked with this guy before and another buyer beat me to the punch, well that buyer lost financing and wasn't able to complete the purchase, so the seller emails me and says hey, I put the car on ebay with a buy it now, let me know if you want it. I locked it up, he is willing to pay shipping (other buyer backed out and shipping company wouldn't refund the money) and he is willing to let me put a hold on my bank transfer until AFTER I get the car and inspect it. wheee, dancing in my office check this out...

Let me see, he is willing to ship you the car because the "Shiping is paid for by the other guy who couldn't get his money back" He will let you inspect the car before he cashes the check! If the car turns out to be a turd who pays for the shipping back to him? I am sure it wouldn't be him.
