Default RFT's nr not!

Well it’s time to replace the tires on my wife’s SC and I’m looking at my options. I have an MkIV Supra thus access to a spare but as we know the space is an issue once you install it. I would like some opinions on either side before I make my replacement decision. Will we see a much better ride if we don’t go with the RFT’s?

Thanks!

Dave

there's really no reason to buy runflats. i'd get regular tires. buy one of these. and keep a can of fix a flat in the trunk. you really only need the spare for long road trips. that compressor is awesome by the way. i got one a couple months ago, it's tiny but works great. and yes, the ride is night and day better with non runflats.

I got rid of the run flats when I bought my 02 in Aug. 09. Since I wanted a nice looking trunk area and a spare I bit the bullet and purchased the lexus spare kit. Lost some trunk space but that not the reason I bought this car. Always have those back seats to put stuff at if necessary.
Felt an immediate improvement on my new goodyear eagle F1s in the ride and I will be religious about rotating tires to extend their life.
