Is this a mistake? 04 purchase and CPO...

My data base shows that it was a flooded total loss vehicle.

I called them a long time ago to find out about it because the price was so obviously low. They told me about the car's history up front. This car has been advertised for a looong time on cars.com. So far, no takers.
Actually, if you had the money up front, it might be a good deal for someone. You could buy it and then turn around and sell it. You could probably make $10,000 easy.

I'm glad to hear that it was in your data base info because it should give us all even greater faith in that system of yours. We are very lucky, indeed.

^^^^^1, always heard it takes from 18-24 months before all the problems come up. By that time you're done, electrical contacts and connections are toast.

[QUOTE=TooCoolSC;5122157]When I called about the car a couple of months ago, they told me all about the history of the car. I guess they have nothing to hide. If you're willing to take the risk, you can probably get a great deal.
When you factor in the fact the vehicle will have a branded title, it's only a good deal if you plan on keeping the car and IF it doesn't have flood related issues down the road.
