My favorite memory at the Lexus dealership is when they told me that my brakes "were wearing out" (and aren't they all?) and did I want to replace them? I said no. When I retrieved the car they had performed the brake job! They didn't try to charge me and they never said anything. Turned rotors and new pads front and rear; not bad!
