Redliner8, glad to see that you have gotten your baby, dug out of the snow. Hope that it's the last until next year. I'm real sorry that I missed most of them! NOT!!!!!!
Good luck on getting your scratches out. I'm sure with the help and expertise of the people on the forum, you'll have your ride lookin' good by the time you get to put the top down again.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to buy some of the Meguiar's Scratch-X and try for the best. I really like the videos on Gloss-It's website and their products seem to be very good. I think I'll give them a try after all my other bottles run out, I'm starting to look like a PepBoys with all the stuff I have lol

And do not forget the full blown hand gloves. I buy mine from a Korean grocery store. They hike up to my elbow. Hands fully protected.

Let us know how it turns out and good luck with it.

Scratch-X won't touch the first one at all...maybe the 3rd pic, and I doubt the second. Goodluck. Remember, next step up in potency/efficacy is the 3M (Wal-Mart) and Turtle Wax is the strongest most granular. Scratch X is most expensive...2-3x the cost of those.

I think I'll try weakest to strongest until I see a result. I already have all of these products, except for Scratch-X.
Is this the right order (weakest to strongest):
Turtle Wax polishing compound
Scratch-X
Wet sanding with 2500 grit sandpaper
Wet sanding with 2000 grit sandpaper
Turtle wax rubbing compound

Alright guys (and girls). I have an Amazon giftcard so I'm going to buy a 7" buffer. This one seemed to have good reviews and was cheap: http://www.amazon.com/Advanced-Tool-...1407492&sr=1-3. I'm also going to buy a range of wool and foam pads to go with it, I was thinking of buying these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/6-Waf...ht_3551wt_1084. Does any one have any other suggestions? What do you think?

OK guys, I'll let you know how this works out. I've used several products on my 02 headlights to a point of where they look prestine. I then had an invisible bra installed, including the headlights. My hope is they will be preserved in their like-new condition. I will report back after a year or so. Has anyone else included the headlights with their invisible bra?
