Reasonable searching suggests that Daizen is no longer producing its famous bushings.
Rather than fork over $600 for stock control arms, I am wondering if a member here might not be willing to allow a mold to be cast on one of his/her Diazen bushings.
Is it feasible to just make a casting and have an injection molding shop run a few hundred polyurethane parts?
I would think there's enough of us here willing to pitch in that it could make financial sense to try this, if its doable in real life.
Well? Let's hear it...

I bought new brackets for the front [ they are re-greaseable have zerks built in ] came with polyurethane bushings that have a groove in so the grease can really get to all of the inside of where the bar sits . The rear I used new polyurethane bushings from the same company that sold me the the front kit to replace the standard dfaizen ones. the rears are not re-greaseable . Check my signature I think it mentions the company taht sold me the kit. If not PM me I will look it up.

I'm interested in this too, as my front bushings have started squeaking again (after 5 very rainy / snowy months). If someone gets the company, would they please post it here?

Here's a link showing a rear greasable polyurethane solution:
