You can just switch out your "middle panel" on your headliner it would make a world of difference. XVipers is a Dodge Viper and SC430 specialist/dismantler for salvaged cars on eBay and I have bought previous ***** and interior parts from them. They currently have saddle, ecru and black interiors...but doesn't look like any camel parts right now.
They get a lot of fresh inventory (sad SC's wrecked) and you could potentially get one from them super cheap and DIY the middle panel.
My middle panel on my Pebble Beach is Red but the pillars are black and it looks very cool. Yours could be camel and black pillars and give you that lighter look you want.
Just to give you an idea for the savings...if you were to try to buy an entire seat with hardware, leather covers, cushions, headrest, electronics, etc from the dealer it would be $3k. They have an entire (good condition too) seat for $595. True salvage prices.
