Owning SC430 Can result in Jail!
Last night I went to see Kick AZZ (great movie) and afterwards was talking to a friend in the parking lot, when 4 teenage girls watched me put my top down (Lucky's top down). I am going to say that they were eighteen, just so I can sleep at night. The four, all falling out of thier clothes asked if I could drive two of them to a friend's house, so they could ride in the car. I said no Mrs. Kaisersea1 would not approve. They then asked if they could snap a few pics in the car as if they were driving, and before I had a chance to say yes, my buddy told them no. He was afraid what that picture could be used for. My friend then remarked that his wife would never let him drive a, "Pu**y car".
I keep reading threads about how ugly our car is. How it is for old women, and not the sexy beast I see it to be. Now while I would like to think teenage girls have all of a sudden found this forty-two year old dad irresistable, and my ship on the bottle scent finally doing what it claims, I think it is more likely that Luck Bastard is a jailbait magnet. In the hands of a man not as moral as myself, LB could easily send his owner to jail. Time for a cold shower

Dam more taxpayers dollar's wasted and another police sting failed....thank god your friend was there for you in your moment of hesitation. Otherwise the little fellow, clothed in red on your shoulder, the one with horns and pointy pitchfork may have led you down the wrong path. Next time...remember just say no, and smile as you're leaving the lot.

Great story! Love to see more from our other members! Seems like every week, there is something new!
Will our SC's become more desirable as they get older? I do believe so!

Great story!!! I too have a buddy like you and funny, he owns NO sports car, just a family SUV and a company car. Always citing a 911/M3/Vette would be more manly for me. He disses my SC's (my red one worse than my black one) and calls them chick cars. I let him drive it hard once and he let up a little, but still gives me crap about it.
I get looks/comments all the time in the SC-oddly enough mostly ONLY when the top is down though. Not too many with the top up. MMMMMM?

I'm kind of caught in the middle between whether or not the SC430 is a bit of a chick car. I think that in stock form, it appears much more femine than with some aftermarket wheels. Some wheels can make all the difference, to me anyway. I must say, our other car ('04 Corvette) imparts a more "manly" feel than our stock SC430. But the greater quality and refinement of the SC430 seems to compensate for any feminine qualities quite nicely.
