First of all, I don't know what "?><?" indicates.
Secondly, JS RELEX does not say"Just Relax." It says "Jus Relex." Unless you are suggesting to Lexus owners that they buy a new Lexus (re-Lex), I think this one will be lost in translation.
RE LEX1N, similarly, does not say "Relaxing." It says "Re Lex One-ing," which does not make much sense, even under severe extrapolation.
Try "JSTRELX" or "RELAXNG," or, since most states allow 7 letters, why not "RELAXING."
The drivers of the cars behind you will appreciate it, although most other drivers would suggest that you pay attention while driving, and save the relaxing for later.

Here's where I am on this.
First, I did not state that I don't know what those marks are; "?" is a question mark used at the end of an interrogative sentence, indicating that the sentence asks a question. One usually suffices.
">" is a symbol meaning "is greater than."
"<" is a symbol meaning "is less than."
Put them all together and what do you have?
Or, as earlier, what does it indicate?
Or, as translated by T8LEX, what do question marks with >< between them indicate?
Anyone?
I didn't think so.
Besides, if it is a code, then one "breaks" the code (one does not "brake" a code, unless doing it in an automobile, perhaps).
