Bon, I don't know if you are still monitoring the site (2010), but I just completed your "fix" for the squeak at the rear window and it worked perfectly. I also did the dressing of some of the rear seals in the area as good measure. Thank you for helping me solve this annoying issue.

I also solved my problem using the solutions in this thread. FYI I had to adjust the bump stop about 2.5 turns counterclockwise.
On a similar note, I had squeaks coming from what sounded like the front passenger side wheel. there are 4 bump stops under the hood that can be adjusted similarly to eliminate the squeaking
