Hi.. Just short introduction of myself
I joined CL forums last yr but never really post anything in here.
I used to own IS300 5 speed, but was only two months
I loved it and I always want a sc300 with 2jz gte but that will be too much trouble with cop and everything.
Anyway...
Last year, I convinced my GF to buy a Lexus 2004 SC430
Now, she wants something different.
And i don't see a lot sc430 for sale on the forum, but alot sc300/400
Just wondering no one on the CL forum like them? or just my opinion?
and how much do u guys think that she can sell it for?
2004 SC430 with 60,000 MILE and has warranty.
White exterior with the brown (like the wood color)... forgive me for not describe it well..
I look up KBB private party value is 22,000 to 25,000
trade in 19,000 to 22,000
and i know that KBB can not be the standard price.
Just wondering what you guys think cuz obviously most people from here knows Lexus more than I do.

I can't tell you much about pricing in Calif., but as far as why you don't see many for sale in the forum, is because we got'em and we are keeping'em cause we love'em. Most of the people here would gather give up their first born (mainly cause they have outgrown the back seat, lol). But we do love our SCs. Some members have more than one. If you didn't like the car you wouldn't have more than one or keep them forever. Just my thoughts on the matter. It sounds like she has saddle interior, same as the wife's car. Why don't you buy her car, and she can looking for something else. See for yourself, why you don't see many for sale here on the forum.

Carmax dot com would be a site to visit to look for prices in your area...and, for that matter, around the country. As SteadyEddy mentioned many of us here love our cars. The one drawback of your 04 is the lack of "newer" technology and few after market options...nevertheless
a quick search found seven http://www.carmax.com/enUS/search-re...7-f39ad9d42815 without any 2004 models.
Another place to look is Lexus Certified Pre-Owned ...here http://www.lcpo.com/cpo_poresults.ps...Search_Results
