My SC speaker tore and sounds horrible. Are there a pair drop in speakers that work that are under $50 each? Ive seen some boat speakers someone said would work but thats 200+

There are several earlier threads covering speakers for both replacements and alternates. I'll try to look them up later if some else doesn't get to it first. However, finding replacement speakers for $50 or less is highly unlikely. These are 8 ohm speakers, not your typical 4 ohm car speakers.
If your warranty is still good, the speakers are covered by it. Get the dealer to replace them for free if that is the case.

This is a common problem with the 6X9 lower front door speakers, but the good news (if you don't want to buy brand new ones) is that they can be successfully repaired.
I recently had this done at www.speakerdoctor.com and it was only $40. The procedure is called "refoaming" and it cures the problem. Just send the speaker to them and they will send it back to you in good shape. There are probably local places near you that can do this as well. I just mentioned speakerdoctor because I've used them.
If you don't want to pull the speaker yourself, go to a place like Best Buy and let them pull it for you. They pulled and installed a speaker for me and it only cost $35. For sure, don't go to Lexus to have it pulled/installed because they will charge you outrageous prices.

The car is a 03, so no warranty there. I looked it up, and I found in another thread how to remove it and just re-glue it, which I did. Im just thinking for next time how I should just replace it. It looks like it was glued once before

Parts Express has inexpensive but very good replacements. Do a search. There are probably 50 threads on this......

Yup, thats the thread I used to open the door panel and glue the speaker. He does run amp wiring through the car though, and uses an adapter for the speaker. Im not confident enought to do that. Esp wiring the amp. I did post in that thread asking the same question, but not no replies
