Hey guys, i am a new member and wanted to ask for you guys a question. I wanted to know if it would be wise to buy a SC430 or just wait for the new generation GS (hopefully GS500 ) to come out?

We own both vehicles GS4 and SC430 and each have there strong suits.. If you want to attract more attention then the SC430 is the hot ticket right now.. As for the newest GS I would wait at least 6 months after it gets introduced and on the road so Lexus could get the little bugs out just like how they did with the SC430 at the beginning.. Either way you end up with a GREAT car depending on how radical the styling of the new GS ends up being.. Like Genearch said step up to the plate and get the SC430 and you will thank us both over and over.. Just don't let that damn MOD bug bite.. Its getting expensive.. LOL

Thanks for the feedback. It is gonna be a hard choice to make. If i act fast i will be able to get the SC430 (according to Longo they have 6 in stock) But then a part of me wants to wait and c what the next generation GS turns out to be.

Why not get the SC430 and trade it in for the GS when it comes out if you still want the GS??

just out of curiosity... will the new GS be introduced in 2004? or in 2003 as a 2004 model?

Go for the SC430..... It will carries more panache than a GS... The SC has and is in a different league than the GS. If you are shooting for the top, get the SC...
