Will someone define a rough idle?
Hello,
I noticed in my 07 SC430 last night that at an idle there is a little bit of a rock to the car. It will sit still for a few seconds, and then a nice rock will start, etc. Is this considered normal for the car, or is it something that should be looked at (engine mounts, whatever)? I have 13,500 on the car right now, and I am taking it in for its 4th oil change here soon, and I want to be aware if I should mention something to the dealer.
Thank you in advance for your help!

I've only been around a few SC430s in addition to my own '02 but I'd be tempted to generalize that the engines seem pretty smooth at idle. If you're experiencing performance that is degraded from what was delivered you might want to involve your dealer. And I'm not so sure I'd wait for regularly-scheduled maintenance. My son had a problem with his IS350 traced to bad gasoline which started as lumpy idle after a fuel stop. Because he was proactive the dealer was able to document the exact cause and he was successful in getting the fuel supplier to cover all his related expenses. That said I hope your situation is nothing serious.
