If anyone is interested, a couple of us are meeting up in SEDONA Arizona for a drive from the Village of Oak Creek up through Sedona's Uptown area and then through Oak Creek Canyon and back.

We will end up at Shugrue's Hillside for lunch. A bit on the expensive side, but the food and views are well worth it.

More to follow, but the drive is gorgeous red rocks and mostly 25-40mph. And the fall colors should be plentiful--I hope.

Suggestions on places to spend the night for those so inclined will be posted at a later date, or you can PM me.

But we will plan on meeting between 10-10:30am Saturday October 16th in the village, and begin the drive around 11am.

the area is magnificent, so a fall 430 rally is a great idea.

in the 'life's to short' column, put me down on the list.

hopes that lots of CLers in and around AZ plan on
putting on some miles and join the clan. the red rock
scenery and a meet-up with like minded 430ers is not to miss.

we'll need to take lots of pix. who has a 'photo bucket' account
to collect all the images?

For anyone in the phoenix metro area, sedona is only about 100 miles from the I17/101 interchange. And Sedona is less than an hour from Flagstaff and Prescott.
