guidance needed
I need a little help. I have a 2005 sc430 Pebble Beach edition with 5000 original miles. It was driven by my elderly parents so there are some paint dings that need to be addressed. Also 2 or 3 of the wheels have been scuffed while parallel parking. Overall however, it is stunning. It has been in storage since 2008 and it still has that new car smell. The interior looks brand-new. I have an interested buyer who has offered 25k. Is this a reasonable price for a car that originally sold for over 70k? Just wondering what it might be worth with only 5,000 miles. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Hi Everyone,
I need a little help. I've inherited a 2005 sc430 Pebble Beach edition. It has 5000 original miles. It was driven by my very elderly parents so there are some paint dings that need to be addressed. Also some curb bites on 2 or 3 of the wheels. Parallel parking was really hard for my Mom who stopped driving in 2007. Overall however, it is stunning. My father stopped driving in 2008 so the car has been driven only a few times by me since then and it has been garaged all of its life. I have an interested buyer and he has offered me 25,000. Is this a reasonable price for a car that originally sold for over 70,000? Just wondering what it might be worth with only 5,000 miles. I can find only one set of mats, not two, and I can't find the garment bag. I don't think they ever received it. This is the actual car that was on display at Pebble Beach so those things disappeared before they got it. Also the second key. I have only one main key and one valet key. Any guidance would be very much appreciated. Andie

I have the same car as you. My mileage is 7475 I have lots of upgrades etc see my signature. Based on model year condition and mileage I would say that what your being offered is much to low. I don't think a buyer would have to invest a lot of money to remove the dings and change the wheels . I would think your easily at $30,000.00 or more in my opinion.

I kind of had a feeling something like this would be somewhat more special and rare, especially now that they are discontinued. Unfortunately, Kelly Blue Book values it at considerably less, and this is what my potential buyer feels is the official authority on car values.

Thanks, I do think it is worth more than the offer at hand. If I were to keep the car, where can I find a new set of floor mats in Black. All that red is a little much, if I were to keep it. Which of the PB editions had black mats with red embroidery? Or Black with some other color embroidery? Are they still available? Thanks again!

Hi Everyone,
I just picked up a 2005 SC430 Pebble Beach Edition with 80K miles on it. The red "pimento" interior really stands out. I am in the process of detailing the inside and outside... then I will start the major tune up.
Will post up some pictures when I get it all done.
thank you everyone for all the awesome postings on this forum and this thread, I'm hoping to share and contibute whatever I can. I also have a 2004 LS430 Ultra Luxury in white.
