Your wheel sepup is too aggressive.
Fender mods are definitely needed in order to avoid rubbing.
If you lower it, the fenders as well as your tires will be destroyed in no time.
I think your tire specs are a little off.
Why F:245/35 R:275/35?
It should be either F:245/35 R:275/30 or F:245/40 R:275/35 (fat setup).
Stretched tires like F:225 R:245 might be a better option for your setup. imho.

I had similar offsets with my 02 with 19"'s and I had some rubbing and although I hardly drove the car one time I did go over a pothole and it chewed up the inside of the fender and I had some cupping on the inside of the tires due to rubbing also.
IMO the wheels look GREAT, but you can even tell from the pics (especially the rear) that they will rub...maybe even the front...with any drop. Is it dropped right now already????
I had 275/30/19 for my rears...talwang is right...that would not only look better but also be safer. Is there any way you can take the tires back and get 30's?
Have you considered not lowering? IMO the height is not bad at all. (coming from someone who has 20's and not lowered, lol). I did not lower my 02 with 19's. Just a thought.

Maybe the only reason you have no issues so far with that setup is mainly because you don't lower it much and the BC coilovers are probably on the stiff side.
If you lower it to one-finger gap (far from slammed) like some of the modified SCs here, stretched tires alone won't be enough.
Assuming the wheel specs you posted are accurate, Your setup is almost in the hellaflush category.
I am running the recommended setup and all 4 tires are slightly rubbing at the plastic fender trims and top of the wheel linings on big dips.
Your setup sticks out by 16mm more than the recommended setup, so tires would most likely hit the fenders head-on over some seriouly big dip/pothole without mercy.
Recommeded offsets for 9.5" and 10.5" are +30, yours are +14
(30-14) = 16mm.
It is almost equivalent to adding 49mm (33+16) spacers to your front stock wheels and 61mm (45+16) to the rear.
That should give members an idea how aggressive your sepup is.
