IS250 upgrated wheels on SC430. Any Expert opinions?
I saw a set of upgraded wheels of IS250 and I think it will look good on SC430 but I don't know it will work or not since they are different than the origial :
SC430 (18x8)
Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
245/40-18 3.9in 12.9in 25.7in 80.8in 784 0.0%
IS250
Front: 18x8
225/40-18 3.5in 12.5in 25.1in 78.8in 804 -2.4%
Rear: 18x8.5
255/40-18 4.0in 13.0in 26.0in 81.8in 775 1.2%
Here are my questions:
1- Will it screw up the ABS, Suppensionor VSC since the front and the rear tires are different (raddius 12.5 vs 13, and Circumference 7.88 vs 81.8)
2- What are the tire pressures for the front and the rear tires that I should use?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi-welcome to the forum and please know that we have exhausted this discussion dozens of times. You can use the search feature on the forum to find "is wheels on sc" or some other way to search. You'd be surprised how many great things you'll find!
Quick answer is: Yes, they will fit and no they won't cause any problems. There have been numerous postings of SC owners trying out and enjoying the IS wheels, espcially the G-spider wheels which you will see on the GS, IS and SC. What you are discovering is called a "staggered setup" which is available on the non-AWD IS cars. The AWD have same size all the way around. The staggered set up is what most of us go to when we upgrade our wheels. Note: you will not be able to rotate front to back with this set up.
Most stock rims run 33psi and I wouldn't do anything different on these IMO.

Thanks for your reply. I did search and read alot before posting but I could not find any answer for my questions. I knew the IS250 wheels will fit SC430 but since the front tire (225-40) will be 1" lower than the rear tire (255-40)make me worry about the VSC, ABS.... Now I know it will be OK. Thanks guy.
I am a morron about car that why I always use the OEM but I just get a good deal on the 2010 IS250 take off wheels and tires(Paid $500 for the whole set and they are practical new). The tires are Dunlop sp sport 2050. I read the review on them andI know althought they are expensive but not as good as the Pilot But with $500 for tiers and wheels I have no complain.
About the tires, I measures: the front tires are 32 PSI and the rear tires are 35 PSI. Should I keep that measurement or shoud I go with 33PSI all around like your sugession.
Thanks

I know I can do that but the tires I have now are almost brand new and already mounted that why I want to use them. I don't want any trouble to un-mount the tires, sell them, buy the new one mount them .....
So do you know the tire pressure I should use for staggered 2010 IS250 tires
(front:225/40/18. rear:255/40/18)
