Lucky Bastard and "the limo" have been great to me, but every trip to pembroke pines Lexus has been nothing but frustration. With warranties for five years, I have had to go to a local garage for repairs. I have caught them lying several times, it took six months to get parts, every repair is not a warranty repair, and they flat refuse to change parts that operate a little, but not as they should. Went to talk to the GM, no answer to calls and busy at the dealership. Calling Lexus helps some but I am at the point of driving 30 miles to another dealer with one across the street. Anyone have any ideas?

I think you should do both-get a second opinion and call Lexus Customer Service.

^yup...also take your car north to JM...Pembroke Pines has the WORST body shop fyi as well...they took of my bumper and replaced it crooked...
