I am going to have to wait for the first hot day with the roof closed to assess the damage. Spilled milk, rotten fish, and sick children can make a car undrivable. I cleaned lucky as well as I could with carpet soap then ammonia, rented a steam carpet cleaner, used a full bottle of odor killer, and have had her sitting out with the roof open, with baking soda on the carpet. Let's hope lucky is.

You might want to take the back seat out to "deep" clean the leather...I did mine at the end of summer and was horrified when I saw how much dirt gets in between the seats and body. I can take some pix of the pop-out if you're interested, just a few screws and a couple of hours made a world of difference.
Saddle soap and mink oil would be my recommendation to clean the leather, always worked well on mine and killed off any odors as well as stains. The mink oil smells great after a day or two baking into the leather.
