This is my 2005 SC430 after I added red LED strips. I really like them, but wanted to see what you guys thought. I think it's a great alternative for now. Enjoy!

^^Thx. I tried just lining the outside perimeter (essentially the sides that I didn't do) instead, but it wouldn't fit snuggly back in place. I guess the crease wasn't large enough because the SC crevices are so tight and precise that I couldn't fit it in, so I just went with what you see now. Thanks for your two cents!

Not sure if I agree with this look.. if you can't afford the new '06 lamps, have you tried redding out the whole thing or maybe even smoking it?

^^ I've already redded them out. I laid red-tint over the lenses about 2 years ago. I guess it isn't evident from the photo, but it is definitely redded out (which I love too). I guess you can't win over everyone, but to each his own. Thanks for your opinion!

This has become kind of like the fake vents on the front fender. One company does it oem, and three years later it is on every car, and for sale at wal-mart as a stick on. I think your lights look great just red. The 06 lights look better, but there is no cheap fix. I don't think anyone but SC owners will ever notice the difference. You have a beautiful, rare, expensive looking car. Sometimes less is more. I would take off the LEDs, they don't look factory. I just redid my front lights, and considered the BMW halo lights, then I also thought about a row of LEDs, so glad I went with a stealthy clean look, instead of making an obvious , "me too" look.

Hi guy's
At present I"m having my 02 tailights done in LED's. I think the 02-05 lights look very good but better all done up in LED's. They should be done in about 5 or 6 weeks. Will post when done.

They're not bad looking. Kind of reminds me of the new Maximas.

no offense, but it looks more like something you'd see on an '89 civic. i think it would look much better just redded out.

Sorry, don't like it, looks cheap, but if you like it that's all that matters.

Not bad, I like it, and if you like it, then that's all that really matters in the end. Now try something in the front and let us see it.
