Default Run Flat Sensors

Would anyone have for sale 4 sensors as I have just acquired used OEM wheels that will have snow tires put on them?

Or should I not even bother with the sensors since the snow tires will only be on the car about 4 months a year?

I know there is a warning light but isn't there a chime of some sort that goes off like every several minutes?

When my "non winter wheels" are taken off the car, is it an easy chore to take the sensors off of those wheels and put them on the snow set?
