Top this one ... Every Chevrolet convertible since 1912

Wow! What do you suppose this collection is worth ?

This collection belongs to Dennis Albaugh in Ankeny, Iowa, just north of Des Moines ....

This personal collection consists of 110 Chevrolet convertibles, all the years from 1912 to 1975 and Corvette convertibles from 1953 to 1975.

That is a Chevy convertible from every year of manufacture EXCEPT 1939...
The reason? - For some unknown reason, Chevy didn't make a convertible in '39. They ended their convertible line in '75!

His 'boy toys' include his own 18 hole golf course, copied somewhat after Augusta National.

He is what you call a REAL Chevy guy, but his passion seems to be convertibles !

This billionaire made his fortune selling farm chemicals!

There are seven cars in the collection including Ferrari Enzo, Ferrari F50 spyder, Ferrari F40, Ferrari 288 GTO, Ferrari 430 Scuderia 16M spyder, Porsche Carrera GT and Porsche RUF CTR3.

These are all just astounding collections.

Stuff like this gives the word "rich" a whole new meaning.

 

Simon Cowell (sp?) of American Idol has some sweet rides too. Not sure if he has as many, but I know he has a special Veyron which is about 30 of Jerry Seinfelds Porsche's price!!! LOL
