I know it is a bit of a hike for you but this 2002 TAP one has been for sale for a while (bargaining power) near me. I was not interested in ecru when I was looking so I passed over it. Pictures are nice, but I haven’t checked into the history. It is right down the street from me so if you want me to have a look for you, I will

This one has frame damage.

wow.. that TAP on has been in 6 reported accidents.. its been hit everywhere.. definitely not gonna buy that one.. as for the one for 9 grand.. i talked to the guy.. he said it has been in an accident and fixed. but isnt 100% .. mechanically everything is up to date.. full tune up including timing belt just replaced at lexus with records about a month ago.. radio doesnt work..thats about it.

Love the E46 M's. You should be able to get a convertible for $15k or so. I know that market well-helped my buddy look for one for nearly six months in Q4 of last year and we ran across many $15k cars. Laguna Seca is a beautiful color! So is the Phoenix Yellow...both very rare. SMG transmission is SWEET!!!!!
