New wheels for my SC430...FINALLY!!!!
First of all, let me say that I LOVE this site!! I find so much great information here. Sometimes I just come to read what people are saying in hopes that I can learn something new.
So I finally got some new wheels for my SC. The pie plates are history!! These are DRAG DR-34 wheels. Got them at Discount Tire - very similar to the Graphite G-Spider Wheels but a heck of a lot less. I customized the centercap by covering the "Drag" logo with black metal disc. Lexus gave me the logos and I just applied them over the black disc. (Sorry about the dirty car but was so excited about sharing...)
The wheel finish is called gunmetal with a machined lip.
Now about those pesky rotors and calipers...

They look good. Wonder if you can plug the extra holes. It will look nicer if the holes were plugged.
Anyway they look good.

They are the standard 18" Lexus wheels. As far as pictures, I'll take some more tomorrow after I get it washed. Discount Tires (tires.com) has a great tool where you can see how the rims look on your car.

I don't think glueing lugs in the holes will work. They are heavy and made of metal, not ideal for glueing into a constantly spinning, vibrating rim. If you want to do something, I would try some black lug caps (they're light and made of plastic) and see if they fit snuggly in the holes, something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VW-PO...ht_3267wt_1178

Had her washed today. Here are a few pictures of wheels from a full perspective. As far as the extra set of holes, not going to really worry about those. When you look at them from afar, can't even notice them. The wheels are dark (gunmetal) so they're pretty subtle. But the polished lip makes them stand out a bit rather than looking like a spare.

Very nice, and love the white car. As far as filling the holes, you could always drill 5 more holes in the spindles and have 10 lug nuts instead of five. lol

Thanks! As far as drilling holes...the thought crossed my mind but it lasted for a millisecond as the reality of the consequences slapped me in the face.
