Glad I live in Pa. the weather is crap a lot of the time, but the vanity plates are cheap. I bought mine years ago, and didn't even have it on a vehicle for a couple of years. Got it when I had a Vette, and even had it on some pick-up trucks. Just put one on her car, I think it was $48. for the first year and the next year it's the same as any other plate $36.

....hey SC,I've been looking at that same color combo for new plates also;but if I'm not mistaken,you can get the plate with the reg. issue numbers/letters also...for alot cheaper

Vanity plates are about $90 in GA. Steep. Just the regular state issued special plates (like wildlife, etc. used to be free) are an additional $40 each year.

Big issue recently where GA issues college tags for out of state, like FL, AL, etc. And Florida and Alabama do not issue college tags such as UGA, etc.. GA was thinking of ditching the special tags, but it means revenue and they just shut up.

I found out that you can have it for $30 a year with random letters in texas if you sign up for 10 years. That is not bad
