I would try simple things first.
Could it be carbon build up at this mileage?
I need to use Fuel Injector Cleaner once (e.g. Slick 50) 2 tanks of fuel before every oil change in H.K., to keep the SC430 engine running clean.
I really suspect it's the brand of the fuel and fuel quality!,
(although they may deny it.)
May be try another brand of fuel, e.g. Shell if available;
that's what I use when I had my cars in the U.S..
If the knocking did get better, you might need to 'seafoam' it- which I gather many attest to it on this forum.
If it didn't work, go back to finding out the cause.

Great news!!! Please let us know what you bought and where you got it. I'm a big believer in carbon buildup and gas quality/octane. I know we have exhausted these topics and some may think it's all marketing. I'm also a big believer in expensive shampoos and toothpastes LOL. I guess they REALLY got me didn't they??? lol
