Every wheel is different....so that will determine if you need the wheel spacer or not.
Im actually running staggered 19s....Work VS-KFs...burning black on stretched tires. Pic in my sig.

Here is some pics from my swap:
If you upgraded to Goodridge steel braided brake lines previously, the LS400 ones still work.
You will need to cut back the splash plate for the rotors to clear.
You will need to upgrade to 18" rims becasue the stockies will not clear the calipers.
It was a pretty smooth conversion.
Good Luck

Could someone measure from the center of the axle to the furthest point on the LS4 calipers. I just order a pair of calipers for $50 each. I currently have 17" g35 wheels and I am pretty sure they will fit but don't want to buy all that is needed to figure out the hard way things won't work.

PHML! Thats a sweet setup! What size spacers did you use? Are those the same 15mm you were talking about earlier? ALSO... just to make certain when I order these calipers are these the LS400 calipers years 1995-2000 model? Thanks in advance!

alot of people mention the supra TT brake calipers and rotor to fit on sc430.. what year should i buy from supra TT. So the front just fit on plug and play? The rear needs some modification? If so how much mod and can it be DIY? I order the BBK brembo for my 04 sc430 and its pricey.. just got the front. Thinking about returning it and go with something else because It would look really weird with just the front and if I was to do the rear brembo too it would easily cost me around 7k. trying to see other option before I get hasty and install the front and cant return them.

On my setup I used a 97 Supra TT caliper and D/S rotors. As mentioned in my prev post, all you need to do is cut the splash plate. The caliper bolts right into the stock arm assy. The only downfall I saw was the alignment screw didt not line up on the spinle and the supra rotor. Also the weight of the caliper so you better loctite the caliper bolts in...
As for the rears, I decided to leave them be. it would be too much work for the upgrade.

Finally finished my LS400 front brake calipers installation. I use Fig RCA to clear the calipers. Overall it's a very simple swap. You can get the LS400 front calipers pretty cheap, I did rebuild them and have them powder coated, you will need LS400 rotors and make sure your wheels clear them, I use 6mm spacer to clear my 19" wheels. I really like the look of them and would recommend to you all vs Supra calipers.

So I'm taking on the Supra TT BBK this week and just wanted some advice. I'm going to my trusted mechanics that have proven themselves on numerous occasions, but just wanted some advice. The planned work is listed below but I just wanted an estimate about how much this job SHOULD cost in labor and/or time. Just wanted to get a ballpark of what i'm going to run into so I will have enough saved up. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks and wish me luck!
Front: Install supra rotors, install OEM supra calipers, install supra pads, change to stainless steel brake lines, bleed brakes
Rear: Install new SC430 rotors, install new OEM SC430 pads, change to SS brake lines, bleed brakes.

So a new concern woke me up in the middle of the night last night, and I thought I better get some more info from the pros. So since I will be replacing the brake lines and bleeding the brakes, is there anything I should worry about with the Master Cyclinder or brake fluid reservoir. I've read some nightmare stores about some MC's being damaged and I just want to give my mechanics a friendly reminder about the precautions. My mechanics usually let me help do the work while my car is on the lift, and sometimes we get tunnel vision and we forget about some simple preflight check lists. Just want to make sure, I'm aware of these issues (if any exist). Thanks for any input.
