So yesterday i got the dreaded EROOR3. After a lot of "shaking" and "wiggling" still nothing. So i followed the instructions to remove the radio unit. Removed the wood door attached to it. Removed the fascia and manually pulled the top 2 CDs that looked stuck... crocked...
I performed a dry run, (just connected the power to the unit without actually putting it together, lo and behold after several seconds of "some kind of self test" the CD unit was good to go and i was able to eject the last 4CD.
I unplugged the tire pressure module as well so no more yellow light on the dash!
Note: if you ever remove the fascia from the unit be careful with the flex cable that connects the fascia to the body. It's very easy to disconnect and a pain to put it back together!
NO MORE ERROR3 Thanks to all the members!
Anyone has any input on how to avoid getting the error again?

And the CD player has an especially hard time with burn CDs. I find the better quality the burn CD the less problems; I have had error three a few times but it usually comes out after a bit of waiting
