Followed the instructions on the forum for pulling the pax side door speaker, and other than a broken 'pop rivet' plastic piece (need to find one of those) everything seemed to go pretty well.

I pulled the speaker, gently pried off the top grill, black silicon'ed the bottom, put the drill back on, silicon'ed the top...waited...reinstalled and tonight after setting up for 24 hours I will give it a test. I felt kind of guilty about rednecking the speaker, but after pulling off the grill, it seems the factory didn't do it ALL that much differently

Next up...nav update. The 2002 disk is still in there. Granted, the car spends 98% of its like with in a 10 mile radius...but it sure would be nice if the car at least knew where it was!
