Storage area is more important for me so I finally bought a Lexus mobility (tire repair kit) Kit. It is down to $66 now @ Sewell. Orig $99, then $77.
I just googled, sounds like a better version of the slime kits. But doesn't that make the tire basically garbage needing to be replaced?

Supra, RX8, 07-09 Camry, 06-07 ES350, 02 IS300, IS350 spare tires should all fit according to others on this site. There's been a few posts: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-sc-430-a.html and https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...ubstitute.html

If Camry works, there's a cheap one on eBay right now: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Spare...#ht_500wt_1182

According to the instructions no. The whole point is hopefully it is never used.

Being stranded...you have options. Call tyhe wrecker or use your mobility kit.

All about having options.

I'm taking my first long trip today (I only drive about a couple thousand miles per years) and doing it with a tire repair (plug) kit and compressor.

Am I nervous? Not about that. It's the mountain pass and snow that has me a bit freaked
