1. Exterior color - Silver
2. Interior color - Black
3. Audio options (Mark Levinson) - double DIN kenwood... installing fixed mount antenna soon
4. Other major options or packages - I don't think it's a special model.... but it will be remarkable soon.
5. Any modifications - basic LED light swaps, blacked out grill with genuine Soarer badge. MAJOR weight loss coming soon. Debating how I will build my CAI. Looking at 20" take off wheels from various cars, but don't want to add weight.... refuse to add weight with any mod. Car was a repo, so keys and security stuff are going to be custom. Upgraded rotors and pads already in shopping cart, just comparing options.
6. Anything you want to mention (others considered, previous Lex owner, etc) - had the IS wagon before... didn't like it. my feet were too big for the pedals, and I rear ended someone because of this! as for the SC: tell me how to make it lighter and faster. tell me all the plastic in the engine bay is pointless. tell me you want to buy all the useless trim I'm taking off so I don't throw it in the recycle bin. I like building "Frankenstein" cars... ingenuity and uniqueness without being silly.
7. If you are INTERNATIONAL, state which city/country your representing! - I'm an Air Force kid, grown up, and loving Los Angeles...

Reason: better pic
Bought my wife a clean 2006 Matador red over Ecru. Car has 34k miles. Pretty stock ....upgraded Michelin ps2 non run flats...spare tire option...as well a clear bra. Paint is exceptional...don't see any swirl marks...was planning on a paint corection ...but at this point will probably just do a sealant.
My plans are some suspension mods...just to tighten things up a bit...coil overs etc. New wheels possibly G-Spiders just because.
We bought in Dallas and flew down and drove it home to KC.

I purchased my Silver 2002 SC430 last week on Thursday. Loving it!
53,000 miles!
1. Exterior color - Silver
2. Interior color - Black
3. Audio options (Mark Levinson) -
4. Other major options or packages - none that I know of.
5. Any modifications - Repaired the passenger window's tint. One of the two previous owners had all of the windows tinted, which looks great, but the passenger side was pealing off. I also added a backup camera, which is tied in to the standard navigation. Put the car in reverse, the nav door opens, and displays the view from the backup camera with night vision! Put the car into gear or neutral, and the standard navigation comes back on!

7. If you are INTERNATIONAL, state which city/country your representing! - Born in Los Angeles, and other then during college I've lived here my whole life. Can't believe how many SC430's I see on the road!

I really appreciate all of the great info I am getting from this site! Hope I can contribute some info down the road!
Got a 2003 SC430 a few weeks ago. Bought it from a guy who had it sitting in a barn. Only 22K miles! It's pretty much in mint condition except had to replace the headlight washer covers and the GPS antenna appears to not work (no GPS lock). Red exterior, black interior. Mark Levinson sound. No modifications planned except for some new rims when the current tires need to be replaced. Previous owner replaced the tires at 19k along with the timing belt and other 90k mile service items. It's a sweet ride and am loving it. I'm up in the bay area, California.
New to the Club. Purchased a 2002 SC430. Silver with black interior. One owner 33,000 miles, completely stock, still has "new car" smell. My first Lexus, Looking forward to learning a lot about these cars on this forum. Anxious to start personalizing it.
