Maybe it’s the angle of the first picture, but does the car have the rear spoiler?

Yes, she has a rear spoiler. I’ve attached a picture with a view from the back.

Details are:
1. Exterior colour is Black
2. Interior colour is camel with dark walnut accent
3. Audio appears to be original. Sounds great no issues with speakers or the overall operation of the components
4. I’m not aware of any options - seems this model was loaded from day one
5. Modification would be the rims and tires - love the rims
6. The previous owners took good car of the car, I’m grateful
7. I’m located in Ontario Canada, in the Greater Toronto Area (I’m a 905er for the other locals)
8. Pictures attached....

I’m planning to enjoy my new addition as is for now and I’m not feeling the need to make any modifications.

Here’s hoping that we will have a snow free October 2019!

Cheers!
So if my math is right, thats a little less than 49,000 miles.
Looks like you got a good one! Congrats!

OK, I'm a newbie! Recently purchased a 2002 SC430 for my wife (we're in Northern Arizona). 128K miles and the timing belt, water pump, and radiator all done about a year ago. Nav screen doesn't work and won't close.

1. Exterior color - Egyptian Sand
2. Interior color - Ecru
3. Audio options (Mark Levinson) - Some aftermarket model that I don't like and will eventually replace.
4. Other major options or packages - None
5. Any modifications - None
6. Anything you want to mention (others considered, previous Lex owner, etc). I have a 1999 LX470

Unfortunately I just got a new phone today and managed to lose the pics in the transition. I'll update with pictures later.

I'm planning to get new rims, tires, and coilovers.

Looking forward to learning more and participating in this forum!

New owner from Devon UK, checking in here.

I've been looking for something to replace my Jaguar XK and having finally settled on an SC430 I spent a while reading up on them and then searching around for the 'right one'.

My principle requirement was for one that had full Lexus history, which was more important to me than mileage given the quality of the engine in these cars. Finally found one a three hour drive away so travelled over and bought it straight away. At this point I'll mention I'd never even sat in an SC430 before, let alone driven one! But the drive home completely justified my purchase - even in the torrential rain throughout the journey.

It's a 2008 model in Cadoxen Grey metallic with Ivory leather and has done 80,000 miles. The colour wouldn't have been my first choice, but my wife has approved it so that's a relief!

As far as I can tell, everything is standard on it and there's nothing much I'd like to change - apart from the look of the wheels that is.

I'd like something that would be a bit of a contrast to the colour of the car but nothing too bright i.e. silver. So I've been musing over changing the inserts to a lighter colour as an inexpensive compromise - but I'm keen to hear or see what other members here have done.

Congrats and Welcome to the club. I’ve never seen the grey SC. Probably because it’s only available in UK.

Love the color, looks like you got a nice one.

I just bought these wheels for my 2002 (125,000 miles), they were takeoffs from a new Toyota Avalon (exact fit: same offset, center bore, etc.). I bought Lexus center caps on Ebay and painted them red.
