Default new car

Here is my latest SC430, it is a 2009 Pebble Beach Edition, 40,000 miles, Kenwood stereo, OEM gps has been replaced with a Garmin unit. It has a Eucr interior with black woodwork. I used to own a 2003 Sc430 in the same colour with a black interior. I also own a 2020 RX350

Other than that and some paint issues on the front bumper, which I knew about before I bought it, it is perfect.
Silver with Saddle interior.

2006 Lexus SC-430 177,000 miles
some of the buckboard ride was the tires as you mentioned. The majority on our 08 was the shock dampening curve. Too stiff on small bumps and bottomed on dips

Yes I am happy with the price, the car has almost new tires on it plus the dealer I bought it from did the timing belt, changed engine oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid etc. which means no maintaince issues for quite awhile.

Default Intro

Hi Everyone, I’ve just become a member of CL. I’ve been enjoying the website for many years but never ventured to register. Having just become the proud owner of a 2005 Toyota Soarer with 77,000kms on the clock (48,000 miles), I thought it about time I introduced myself.

1. Exterior color - Indigo Ink
2. Interior color - Ecru
3. Audio options (Mark Levinson) - Standard
4. Other major options or packages - None
5. Any modifications - None
6. Anything you want to mention - Current 2006 GS300 owner (5 years). Just bought this JDM Soarer.
7. I live in Christchurch, New Zealand.

I have been promising myself a drop top car for a few years now and initially thought I would relive my youth with an MX5 or MR-S. A few months ago I started looking seriously and, having tried a variety of cars, I found this Soarer. I drove it and fell in love with it. Looking forward to joining you all in your very informative discussions.

Welcome to the forum GripHunter. Great pics. You have one of the few actual Soarers on the forum right now.

So what does your forum name GripHunter refer to?

Hi Harold, thank you for the welcome. GripHunter is my PSN username (I race online with my Kiwi and Aussie friends) and I love racing in slippery conditions!
