First time I've seen on the same color as mine for sale since I bought my SC last year! I don't think that's a bad price for the year and mileage not to mention the PB package, but then I bought a 2007 for right at $40K CPO.

There are about three of them on cars.com right now-one is this one above. I saw one on eBay a couple of weeks ago. Just like many SC's, the TEP Pebble Beach can vary greatly in price depending on dealer vs wholesaler vs individual and of course mileage.

A few others on Autotrader...different ones-some PB and some 07 and 08's which are really rare. Look at that cream puff with 8k miles on it!!!

No Difference. This was the only year that interior and exterior colors did not vary on the Pebble Beach. If you are a hard core Pebble Beacher for 2006, you don't like this! In my opinion, they could have done so much more to make this car more exclusive, like do a two tone ecru/camel interior like the 2008 did OR something else like wheels, etc.
My guess is that Lexus wanted to debut the rare color combination and thought the Cours D'Elegance @ Pebble Beach would be a great opportunity to show it off.
Here's the ONLY difference between a regular Tigereye Pearl and the 2006 PB:
Two front quarter badges
Coin Tray Badge
Floor Mats
Two pieces of the Tigereye Pearl Custom Luggage
Limited production of 500 for 2006
$2000 extra price tag!
Early delivery of the newly redesigned 2006 SC, with all the new features/colors!
****Now in all fairness and FULL disclosure of the 2006 model and what it means to the SC, remember the PB Editions were some of the first to be produced and roll of the line to meet the demand of the Cours D' Elegance in CA, so....essentially perhaps Lexus felt that offering this NEWLY redesigned 2006 SC in a new color combination (remember camel was new to 2006 models and so was the walnut interior wood) was enough just to slap some PB badges left over from 2004/2005 and call it a day??? Put some luggage in the trunk and you are more than good??? Perhaps. Either way, in August of 2005 the world saw the newly designed SC430 for 2006 in this color combination for the first time with all the splendor of the new 2006 revised model. Most 2006 PB's have a production date between July and October 2005.
Here are some nice pics of a PB on this link:

I have never seen a NON-PEBBLE BEACH 2006 Tigereye Mica Pearl. If it exists, it's gotta be one of the rarest cars out there. I've seen some 2007 and 2008, but not a non-PB 06.

Any color differences on the illuminated door sills between the 06 PB and non ones? That could probably be the only difference unless they didn't have illuminated door sills on those years.
Also, scdroptop's 2nd picture from the bottom up... hot!!!
