I can not understad that the car had been owned before me for two years by a Toyota mechanic.

I bought the gray Sc for 77.671 US, the Pebble Beach unfortunately it had been completely repainted and it did not look good when it came out
in daylight, the guys at Kaiser told me that I should not buy that car.

The gray SC was registerd for trafic in december 2008 i.e. it still has warranty.

Well... As the saying goes, alls well that ends well, or the American idiom: Third times a charm!
While your first two attempts may have not been a success, the thrid try is good luck. A similar phrase 'third time lucky' is used in the UK..
