If you are referring to the infamous door woofer, the inside door panel has to off. The grille is held in place by a couple of screws that are reached from the inside. Here's the link to the diagram on sewell's site...http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...C430-2002.html

Thanks for the info! I wish it wasn't so hard to get too. I hate how the material is worn and would love to replace it.

I know exact how you feel. My foot/shoe drags across the cover as I get out. I bought a new grill just haven't gotten around to changing it out, and been trying to train myself to pull my foot/shoe from dragging across it.

I don't do it anymore. I actually almost want to blame the service techs. haha! Ecru is beautiful, but so easy to get dirty. Insane.
