OMG! So your 02 car 12 months ago only had 16K !
You're right that baby needs to get some fresh air. People these cars need to be seen in public and be appreciated. My 2002 3rd owner purchased 05/13 with 58K, currently has 64K. That was with a garaged northeast winter

That's a good amount right there. Any issues so far and what number owner are you?

It's even worse than you know..............Most of those miles in the past year have been from my 16 year old daughter who now claims it as "her car" (I am letting her drive it for now.......but taking it back when she goes to college ...........). I am driving my IS350C while she drives the SC430.....something is terribly wrong here. Don't get me wrong, the IS350C is a very nice car, but it's no SC430.

....other than a radiator @ 175k & a battery in 2012...no issues at all. I bought the car with 75k in May 08. It had most of the records up to about 50k @ Sewell Lexus. I started doing the routine maintenance @ 75k & haven't looked back. I'm the second owner & hopefully I can get the 300k + that I got from my LS400

...my '02 has 72K but I saw a guy w/ a red SC while getting gas recently and struck up a conversation. He's the original owner and on his 3rd timing belt at 290,000 miles! Said he had never had a major issue w/ the car but had maintained it fairly religiously. The car looked very nice except the divers seat was a little natty.

How about highest & lowest by year? Anyone else game?

My '02 has 38k for starters.

PS) Or someone who knows how could start a new thread with a poll.

Default 114k

I have 114k on my 2002 sc. She runs like new and I am not aware of any mechanical problems. The only thing is that the led readout on the AC is missing a pixel or two, which I can probably replace fairly easily if it gets worse.

Lexus are unlike no other cars and last a long, long time. My previous lexus was a 1991 ls400 which I kept until it had 186k miles..

Mr.Mark, I am considering buying a high mileage 430 and having a bunch of work done to it. Since you seem to have recently built a hell of car, I have a couple questions about putting it all together. would you mind emailing me at jamesr242424@yahoo.com
