Yes, I am well pleased with the Injen, easy mod.

Close up of the front corner lights, in case you fancy doing it to yours.

Best regards

Looking foward for the pictures. You have to take a train in the tunnel correct? Now that you are lowered, will that be a problem? I know the auto train from Washington DC to Florida there are some ride height restrictions. Just sayin'. Hope it fits. Good night.

Take Care

Ed
Hi Ed

You are right about the train and I have just come indoors from raising her an inch, just in case. It's a shame cos she don't look so good now. Even thinking of stopping after the tunnel and lowering her again, but depends if we have time. Only takes about thirty minutes with a trolley jack, but a bit longer with the side OEM jack.

Yep, the weather guys are often crap.
If I get some decent pics I will post em.

Speak soon.

Best Steve

Hi Mandy

Thanks for the nice comments.

I just used a plastic primer and bought a spray can of body colour and clear lacquer of eBay, easy.
Will do the rears when I have time, but will have to mask them and spray in situ.

Thought you had to have them as lights over there, no?

Best regards
Steve

Corner lights are not mandatory. Hence no worries if smoked or clear. I would like to smoke the front, or use clear. Not orange. The red rear does not bother me, matches the tails. The front markers clearly do not match anything.

Actually, I'm pretty sure every state requires amber sidemarkers in front and red in rear.

WIL44: Your suspension and wheels/tires setup looks great. Would you mind letting us know what you have? Thanks.

That tire tread design looks bad *** from behind! Which ones are they?

Love the blue color too! I always get black cars, but I decided to get the IS300 in that blue color when that color was first introduced. It got lots of compliments.

Hi iamw001 and Peter

My set up is Megan EZ coilovers, dropped 2" at the rear and 1.3/4" at the front.
Wheels are Fuel Five 8.5 x 19 with 28 offset Front and 10 x 19 with 38 offset Rear, (very conservative, no rubbing problems) probably Chinese copies, but I love them. They came from a company in Scotland and they are not around anymore as far as I know.

Tyres are Avon (good old Brit tyre company) ZZ3's (Don't think they are available your side of the pond) 235/35/19 Front 265/30/19 Rear. I love the tread pattern too.
I have the Megans set at number 5, which is pretty firm, but suits me.

Hope that helps.

Best regards

Steve
