waiting for a 2004
white with ecru
hopefully they bump up the HP

cant wait!!
i want it NOW!

never been in a convertible before
i love it!
time to plan out my mods hehe
suspension and wheels for sure!

i would like to see tons of pics of white sc's with wheels
there's a couple in the gallery but i need MORE

I thought you put down a deposit on the SL55?

 

Heres a pic but its not white ...I saw a pic of a white SC430 with Work Euroline LS wheels but I can't find it anymore. BTW, good choice but I would still prefer the SL55.

 

2004????? Ill post some pics of mine (with that color combo) in the next couple of days. I have 19" C5's on it, so you can get an idea.

the demand is so high and at 122k with options i want
I can get a swimming pool for my new house and an sc430
I will stay on the list anyways.. if my business does as i project it will, i should be able to get both

I can alwas skip the sl55 totally and supercharge the sc430
I honestly dont think the sl55 is worth 122k
might have tons of power but it still weights 4000lbs

time will tell
my wife really likes the sc430 more so then the SL

Yup ... it seems 2004 is the year to expect high performance Lexus. Automobile mag says insiders are saying 360hp 5 liter V8. If that's true, we should see LS500, GS500, and SC500 around Fall of next year.

Personally I think it's a smart move. I don't think Lexus can equal BMW M5 nor Mercedes AMG (SL55) in terms power and more importantly, image in the near future. They'll slap their models dead in the middle (e.g. between the SL500 & SL55).

The SL500 is a DAMN nice looking car! Top up or down and doesn't matter from which angle you look at it. Current demands and dealer markups would force me to sell my house to buy one

Forget the SL55 ... I saw people bidding over $200K on EBay.

..... I don't know about you guys, but the "SC500" pronounciation sounds sweet

 

Ken, what bodykit is on that car?
