you can use a small/short phillips screw driver for the passenger side behind the wheel well. As for the drivers side, You should remove the 2 10mm bolts attached at the bottom end of the bumper and the one attached to the fender above. you can pull your bumper out enough to use the small screwdriver to remove the reflector from the wheel well.
